Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour to appropriate staff members promptly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that respects individual preferences and choices
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide consistent, person-centred care
• Uphold health and safety standards within the living environment at all times

Required Qualifications
Must-Haves:

• Genuine interest in providing care and support within a residential setting
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with individuals and team members
• Ability to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable to individual needs and situations
• Basic understanding of health and safety principles
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy

• Knowledge of medication administration support and mobility assistance techniques
• First aid certification or willingness to undertake relevant training
